Description
Spokane Transit Authority seeks a design firm or team to survey, plan, design, engineer, permit, and prepare bid and construction documents for a downtown facility supporting three battery-electric-bus pantograph chargers and an operator comfort station. The work includes civil and utility infrastructure, electrical support equipment, architectural and multidisciplinary engineering, cost estimating, environmental and cultural documentation, permitting, public outreach, and coordination with relevant agencies and utilities. The selected team will provide project management, design reviews at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% completion, bidding support, and construction-phase services, including inspection, submittal and RFI review, change-order support, labor compliance monitoring, payment application review, and project closeout. Proposals must include the specified qualifications and project experience, at least five references, staffing and management plans, technical approach, subcontractor information, and the completed Proposal Response Form. The RFQ requests similar project experience from the previous five years and supporting documentation for at least three projects.
