Description
Spokane Transit Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide temporary personnel on an as-needed basis for general administrative, clerical, general labor, and potentially technical or IT positions. Assignments are typically three to six months and generally require 24 to 40 hours per week, with personnel performing work on site as needed. Contractors must manage recruiting, employment, payroll, timekeeping, background checks, drug and alcohol testing where applicable, credentials, records, replacements, and contract administration. The agency anticipates awarding contracts to multiple contractors and does not guarantee any specific utilization. Proposals must include the required technical and management narratives, experience on at least three similar staffing projects, five references, subcontracting information if applicable, compliance information, warranty or service-level materials if applicable, pricing, and completed certifications and forms. Pricing consists of an hourly markup percentage and a temporary-to-hire conversion fee. The markup percentage and conversion fee remain fixed for the contract term. The proposal must be submitted as a single PDF through the designated Dropbox request link by the stated deadline.
