Description
The City of Oxford, Mississippi, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for crosswalk lighting improvements at Oxford Square, also referred to as the Town Square. The work includes purchasing and delivering materials, equipment, and all appurtenances required for the improvements, in accordance with the technical specifications, construction drawings, and contract documents. Bids may be submitted as sealed hard copies by mail, Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or hand delivery, or electronically through the designated bid website. The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid, subject to approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises are solicited as prime contractors and encouraged to inquire about subcontracting and supply opportunities.
