Description
The City of Houston, Mississippi, is soliciting sealed or electronic construction bids for signalization improvements at the intersection of North Jackson Street, East Sixth Street, and Franklin Drive. The work consists of replacing signal poles, mast arms, signal equipment, signs, and pavement striping. Bidders must obtain contract documents through Plan House Printing and appear on the official planholders list. A bid security is required in the amount, form, and under the conditions specified in the Information for Bidders. The award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The solicitation permits either sealed physical bids or electronic submission through the designated online bid platform.
