Description
The City of Booneville is accepting bids for materials only for the East Lake Street Drainage Improvements project. Approximate quantities include 1,205 tons of 200-pound riprap, 1,250 square yards of geotextile fabric, 121 cubic yards of concrete grout, 15 cubic yards of Class 9-6 borrow material, 200 pounds of seed, 400 pounds of 13:13:13 commercial fertilizer, 400 pounds of agricultural limestone, and 800 pounds of vegetative mulch. Suppliers may bid on any or all specified materials, and delivery or hauling to the project site must be included in the bid unit prices. Bids may be submitted electronically through the online bid submission system or in a sealed envelope. Electronic bidders must submit an electronic surety bond or deliver the original hard-copy bid bond to the City before bid opening. Contract documents are issued through Plan House Printing and Graphics, and bidders must appear on its official planholders list; bids submitted under another name will not be accepted. Performance and payment bonds are required upon contract execution, subject to the Information for Bidders.
