The Federal Highway Administration's Eastern Federal Lands Division is soliciting sealed bids for a highway resurfacing project on the Natchez Trace Parkway. The work includes milling, asphalt overlay, shoulder widening, spot reconstruction, pavement markings, raised-profile striping at bridge approaches, and miscellaneous improvements to ramps, bridges, intersections, and parking or pull-off areas. The project will be divided into multiple work schedules or contract options, and the estimated total project cost is $10 million to $12 million. Bids are open to all business concerns. An active SAM registration is required at offer submission and award, and applicable contractors other than small businesses must provide a subcontracting plan or a statement that no subcontracts will be awarded. Electronic submission is encouraged according to the solicitation instructions.
