The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime is soliciting offers for NSN 5340-01-666-9621, a hub body used in aircraft launch and recovery equipment (ALRE). The requirement is for a fixed-price contract with a quantity of 20 units. The approved manufacturer is General Atomics (CAGE 4V360) with part number 34000D1532803. This is a critical application item requiring engineering source approval from the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Aircraft Division Lakehurst. Offerors must be an approved source or provide the product of an approved source. Technical requirements include Contractor First Article Testing (FAT), Product Verification Testing (PVT), Production Test and Inspection Report (PTI), Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC), Material Receipt Inspection, and Welding Procedures.
