The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking a contractor to provide floor-care services at the Lamar County Health Department. The work includes stripping and waxing all VCT-tiled and grouted floors once during the contract period, covering approximately 12,000 square feet, with removal and replacement of furniture. The exact service date will be determined later. The awarded supplier must provide all chemicals, materials, and equipment. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the personnel performing the work must be the owner or legal employees of the awarded supplier. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for a quote to be considered. The contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
