Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to construct a gravel approach to a parking lot and construct the parking lot itself. The work includes leveling, grading, compacting, filling, installing geotextile fabric, and placing and compacting Class 5 aggregate. The project also includes constructing and installing a wood-post perimeter and sign board, and installing a parking-lot gate. Bidders must respond to the latest version of the project event, which has been amended to Version 2 by Addendum 1. Responses that do not comply with the solicitation requirements may be rejected, and award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms. The State may award items separately, by grouping, or by total.
