Description
The City of Lino Lakes is soliciting bids for construction of the 2026 Public Works Facility Utility Extension Project. The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for complete in-place construction, including clearing and grubbing trees; approximately 2,965 linear feet of 4-inch HDPE force main installed by directional drilling; 20 linear feet of 4-inch PVC sewer pipe; approximately 2,788 linear feet of 12-inch PVC watermain installed by directional drilling; 113 linear feet of 12-inch PVC watermain; 24 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron watermain; five hydrants; five 6-inch gate valves and boxes; five 12-inch gate valves and boxes; one 1-inch curb stop and box; and approximately 350 square yards of rapid stabilization. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid. The Minnesota Responsible Contractor requirements under Minn. Stat. 16C.285 apply. Bidding documents are available through QuestCDN for a nonrefundable $55 download fee using Quest project number 10266407; official notifications and addenda will be distributed through that service.
