Description
The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is soliciting proposals for a turn-key passenger flow management system at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, training, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance and support of the system. The initial implementation will cover TSA security checkpoints in Terminals 3 and 4, as well as people-counting features at six SkyTrain stations. The system must accurately detect and monitor passenger queue lengths, capture passenger counts, determine actual wait times, and record SkyTrain boarding and offboarding activity. The contract term is seven years, commencing on or about January 1, 2027.
