Description
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of CivicInfo BC and other represented associations and their members, is requesting proposals for Airfield Runway Materials, Services, and Related Solutions. This solicitation aims to establish regional and/or national contract solutions for use by its members, which include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, not-for-profit, and tribal agencies across Canada. The scope of work includes materials and services for airfield repair, maintenance, and related activities. Specific items requested include airfield marking materials (paints, thermoplastics, glass beads), liquid or solid airfield deicer and deicing services, rubber removal agents, and various firefighting agents such as AFFF, AR-AFFF, fluorine-free foams, Purple K, and Halotron. Additionally, the solicitation covers transition-related services like risk assessment, planning, engineering, consulting, design, implementation, legacy AFFF/AR-AFFF removal, PFAS-containing material handling, disposal, environmental remediation, system modification, testing, compliance documentation, and certification support. Proposers may also include directly related equipment, accessories, and services that complement the primary solutions.
