Description
The U.S. Government is conducting market research for the F-15SA Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) program. This is a follow-up Sources Sought notice to gather industry feedback on updated program requirements. The program will cover the maintenance of F-15SA aircraft, with the first four jets being inducted under a basic contract for Validation and Verification (VAL/VER). The overall program, including options, is expected to cover 145 F-15SA aircraft. Potential contractors are asked to review attached documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Work Specifications (WS), and provide feedback on specific questions related to the PWS, Work Specification, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), pricing estimates, intellectual property handling, and required job positions and skill levels. The scope of work involves extensive maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification of the F-15SA aircraft, including detailed tasks related to airframe structure, wings, fuselage, landing gear, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, engines, seats, and painting.
