Description
Texas Tech University System (TTUS) is seeking proposals from qualified aircraft brokers or firms to provide aircraft brokerage services. The selected proposer(s) will assist TTUS in the purchase, sale, lease, or evaluation of aircraft assets, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. The services required include market analysis and advisory, acquisition services, disposition services (if applicable), regulatory and compliance support, transaction management, total cost of ownership analysis, and evaluation of fractional ownership models. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of experience in aircraft brokerage or aviation consulting, a proven track record of successful transactions, knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft valuation, and experience working with government entities (preferred). The contract will have an initial one-year base term with the option to renew for five additional one-year periods. TTUS is seeking to lease or purchase at least one aircraft within the next 1-6 months. All proposals must be submitted through the TechBid system.
