Description
The 56th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors for an Immersive Force-on-Force Training System. This system requires a fully integrated solution with components designed to function cohesively, providing realistic, safe, and immediate feedback to trainees during simulated engagement scenarios. Key components include wearable torso-worn sensory feedback systems, headwear with integrated sensors, and blank-fire laser emitter conversion kits for pistols and rifles. The system also requires a ruggedized transport case, simulated gunshot audio devices, and a hand-held manual laser activator. For after-action reviews, a USB video recording system and a multi-port USB charging hub are needed. Additionally, the solicitation specifies the need for system-compatible blank ammunition (9mm and 5.56mm) and an extended two-year warranty covering parts and labor beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty.
