Description
The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is soliciting offers for Sanitaire Membrane Diffusers for use at the 23rd Avenue and 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plants. These diffusers are crucial for dissolving oxygen in the aeration basins, which is essential for the microorganisms' respiration and oxidation of organic matter. The contract will commence on or about September 23, 2026, and will have a fixed term of five years with no options to extend. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, supplies, transportation, and materials for the delivery of the membrane diffusers to the specified City worksites.
