Description
The City of Chandler is soliciting bids for the construction of Phases 1 and 2 of Tumbleweed Ranch, a 19-acre agricultural heritage site within Tumbleweed Park. Phase 1 includes demolition, grading, irrigation improvements, parking lot improvements, retention basins, tree salvage, new tree planting, fencing, a fire access road, utility services, shade structures, and relocation of the Red Shed Theater. Phase 2 includes improvements to historic farmhouses, surrounding landscape and hardscape, service yard improvements, retention basins, pedestrian paths, utility services, irrigation improvements, and a new arbor structure. The contractor must coordinate with other ongoing capital projects in the vicinity.
