Description
Bridgeton Public Schools is seeking an on-call contractor to repair food service equipment throughout the district. The contractor must provide journeyman and apprentice technicians for repairs during and outside normal business hours, respond within two hours, notify the district when traveling to a school, and supply the equipment and staff needed to service various systems. Prevailing-wage requirements apply. Pricing must include fixed hourly rates for both labor classifications and a markup over, or discount from, the contractor’s verifiable actual cost for parts and materials. The contractor must be a certified Service Partner for all Rational equipment. The contract is open-ended, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity; estimated annual usage is up to 150 hours for each labor classification during normal hours and outside normal hours, plus up to $10,000 in parts and materials. The bid package requires the official quote form and specified signed certifications and disclosures, submitted as a sealed physical bid.
