Description
Richland School District Two is seeking a quote from an authorized commercial food equipment company for one Cleveland (2) 22CET6.1 SteamChef 6 double-deck electric floor steamer, configured for 208V, three-phase, 12 kW operation and mounted on an ES26304466E stainless-steel equipment stand. The quote must include two 5-foot FDA-approved NHT60 water connection kits, setup, delivery, removal of all packing materials, and placement of the assembled equipment. No alternatives will be accepted. The steamer must include the specified features and a minimum 12-month warranty covering parts, labor, and driving time during normal business hours. Pricing must include all project costs and be valid for 60 days. The vendor must provide pricing for the steamer, water connection kits, setup, and delivery, along with required vendor questionnaire responses, a W-9, current business license, references, delivery information, certifications, and acknowledgments. The award will be made to the lowest quoted price. The resulting purchase is subject to the district’s terms, insurance requirements, federal funding requirements, and applicable procurement rules.
