Description
Region 16 Education Service Center, acting as the lead public agency for the TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative, is soliciting proposals for a broad range of kitchen equipment, supplies, and repair services. Requested offerings include utensils, measuring cups, fruit and vegetable dicers, plates, bowls, cups, utility carts, convection ovens, meat slicers, microwave ovens, blenders, mixers, refrigerators, ice machines, dunnage racks, shelving, and kitchen equipment repair. Vendors may propose selected categories or individual line items, and the buyer may award one or more contracts by section or line item. Products must generally be new, with remanufactured alternatives clearly identified. Proposals must provide catalog or manufacturer pricing, discounts, inventory information, delivery terms, exceptions, installation or assembly options, qualifications, five similar government contracts, references, service rates, and a completed market basket. In-stock items must be delivered within two business days, with a target monthly fill rate of at least 95 percent. The initial contract term is one year, with up to three additional one-year renewals, for a maximum term of four years.
