American Contracting & Environmental Services, Inc. is preparing a bid for Contract 1, General Contract, for electrical and pump upgrades at the Town of Tonawanda Water Treatment Plant. The prime contractor is soliciting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for demolition; earthwork; site utilities and grading; concrete foundations and supports; structural steel and metal fabrications; building envelope work; painting; signage; process pumps and motors; valves and actuators; temporary bypass pumping; process piping; flow meters; and pressure transmitters.
