This Sources Sought notice seeks information from potential suppliers of HESCO MIL 10 multi-cellular, geotextile-lined welded mesh barrier systems. The barriers must be accordion-style, flat-packed units connected with heavy-duty helical or spiral jointing pins and capable of rapid deployment and filling with earth, sand, gravel, or crushed rock using standard engineering equipment such as a front-end loader or excavator. Each expanded unit is approximately 7 feet 3 inches high, 5 feet wide, and 100 feet long. The welded high-tensile steel mesh must use 3-inch square apertures and 6- to 8-gauge wire, with Galfan or hot-dipped galvanized corrosion protection. The system must include a UV-stabilized, permeable, non-woven polypropylene geotextile liner weighing at least 250 g/m², be available in military tan/beige or olive drab green, and ship fully assembled, compressed, flat-packed on compatible pallets, and banded for multimodal transport. This notice is for market research only and will not result in a contract award.
