Advertisement City of Portales Bid Solicitation for September 13, 2026 The City of Portales (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: AVENUE K ROAD IMPROVEMENTS CN: 2105070 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Portales, until Thursday October 15 th at 1:30 p.m at Portales City Hall 1028 W. Community Way Portales, NM 88130 in the big Conference Room. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Roadway improvements including roadway reconstruction, striping, and pedestrian improvements. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: ARI Graphix (https://www.ariplans.com/) The 2019 Edition of the NMDOT Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings for Highway and Bridge Construction shall govern construction of this Project in addition to the plans, contra

Description
The City of Portales is soliciting bids for the Avenue K Road Improvements project, identified as CN 2105070. The work includes roadway reconstruction, roadway striping, and pedestrian improvements.
