Description
The U.S. Air Force requires non-personal services for Protestant worship at Cannon Air Force Base Chapel. The contractor must direct contemporary Protestant worship music; provide keyboard, piano, or acoustic-guitar accompaniment and vocal leadership; plan and conduct weekly rehearsals; coordinate volunteer musicians and singers; support special and holy-day services; and submit song selections and arrangements for chaplain review. The scope also includes preparing and loading lyrics, backgrounds, and video cues into chapel presentation software; conducting sound checks and projection verification; tracking copyright and licensing usage; participating in quarterly music-planning sessions; maintaining chapel-owned musical equipment; and providing virtual capabilities when required by public-health restrictions. Personnel must have at least three years of documented relevant experience, demonstrate music-reading and vocal proficiency, and obtain installation access credentials and required background checks. The contract includes a 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods.
