The Southwestern Regional Housing and Community Development Corporation (SRHCDC) is accepting sealed bids for Bid #26-02 for the repair of one single family housing unit located at 1016 E Danube, Portales, New Mexico. The project is part of the SRHCDC 2026 Home, House by House Rehabilitation Loan Program. Eligible licensed, asbestos removal certified, insured, and bonded general building contractors are invited to bid. A mandatory walk-through will be held on August 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM; attendance is required to submit a bid. Bid forms and specifications can be obtained from Ms. Downey at the SRHCDC office in Deming, New Mexico, or by phone or email.
