The City of Portales is soliciting bids for construction on South Avenue K between University Drive and Highway 70. The detailed scope is contained in the project specification book, which must be obtained separately. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Project documents are available for purchase from ARI Graphix and Signs: paper copies cost $81.17 plus tax, and electronic files cost $40.58 plus tax.
