The Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority (ENMWUA) is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Eastern New Mexico Rural Water System (ENMRWS) Project - RW1B/RW2 Pipeline. The project involves the construction of raw water pipelines designated as RW1B and RW2. The RFP will be issued on July 1, 2026, and documents can be accessed and downloaded from the ENMWUA website.
