Description
Montgomery County is requesting qualifications from professional engineering firms to provide engineering, surveying, and permitting services for the reconstruction of four bridges in Precinct 4. The selected consultant must develop four separate sets of construction plans and comply with applicable Texas Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration requirements, including applicable American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials design standards. Responses must include an executive summary, firm information, experience, project approach, and technical approach. The submission is limited to a maximum of 20 single-sided pages, excluding required forms, references, and proof of insurance, and must include one original printed response and one electronic PDF file on a flash drive. Required submission materials include the proposal package checklist, ethics-training certificate, applicable certifications, references, vendor information, required county forms, and proof of insurance. Pricing is not requested.
