Description
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is developing a statewide contract for intrastate office relocation services and is requesting vendor feedback on draft solicitation documents. The contemplated services include professional handling, packing, and transport of complex furniture and office systems. Two contract categories are proposed: all-inclusive moving with assembly and disassembly, and core moving services without those furniture assembly services. Overnight truck storage may be included, and the draft scope also discusses packing materials, furniture decommissioning, and environmentally preferable options. This is an information request, not an invitation to bid. Vendors are asked to complete a short survey identifying confusing requirements or challenges in meeting the draft performance requirements. Responses are voluntary and will not be mandatory for participation in a later solicitation.
