Description
The Government of Canada is seeking offers for residential and office moving and relocation services for its embassy in Stockholm. Work includes moves between the embassy, official residence, staff quarters, and contractor-operated storage facilities; packing and unpacking; furniture assembly and disassembly; transport; and removal of packing debris. The contractor must provide personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, supervision, and storage as needed, and protect and track items throughout each move. The contractor may also be asked to provide customs clearance and transportation for shipments to or from Swedish seaports. The standing offer has an initial three-year term, with two possible one-year extensions. The solicitation requires the offeror to perform the work without subcontractors and to provide evidence of relevant experience, references, licenses and permits, insurance, storage capability, and a proposed project manager’s qualifications. Offers are evaluated on mandatory and point-rated technical criteria and price per point.
