Description
The contractor must provide labor, materials, lifting equipment, and vehicles to inventory, tag, pack, disassemble as needed, transport, unload, unpack, reassemble, and place equipment from two warehouses into Hangar AO. Items include machinery, parachutes, boat motors, rafts, toolboxes, cabinets, printers, lockers, and rescue equipment packages containing jet skis and boats. The contractor must also remove packing debris and leave the warehouses and hangar clean. Deliverables include a relocation master plan submitted five days before the move, a pre-move inventory report, daily end-of-day progress reports during active moving phases, and a final inventory confirmation and completion report. Work must be completed no later than 30 days after award. A site visit is mandatory; contractors must take their own measurements. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and evaluates technical acceptability, price, and schedule, with past performance also identified as an evaluation consideration.
