Description
The project involves constructing a concrete generator pad, furnishing and installing a backup generator and automatic transfer switch, completing electrical upgrades, and making surfacing improvements at the Town’s Well No. 3 site. The work must be completed within 20 working days. Bids must use the form included in the specifications and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least 5% of the bid. Contractors must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. The project is federally funded through FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program – Post Fire, and applicable federal and state requirements, including prevailing wage requirements, apply. Small, minority-owned, and women-owned firms are encouraged to bid; no formal set-aside is stated.
