Description
Central Washington University is conducting an RFI to assess human resources information systems and related services for its multi-campus public university workforce. Requested capabilities include core HR and workforce administration; recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and leave, benefits, compliance, performance and talent management, analytics, security, personnel records, integrations, and technical architecture. Integration capabilities must include Oracle PeopleSoft. Respondents are asked to describe their solutions and experience, implementation and support approaches, and outsourced or managed services such as payroll processing, payroll tax administration, HR shared services, compliance support, and staff augmentation. The RFI is for market research and development of specifications and evaluation criteria for a possible future RFP; any resulting RFP depends on funding and the RFI results.
