Description
The University of Washington seeks qualified firms to provide on-call historic resources services for design and construction projects managed by UW Facilities at its Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell campuses and other University locations as assignments require. Services may include historic resources surveys, inventories, and addenda; evaluations of historic significance and landmark or National Register eligibility; support for environmental and historic preservation reviews; landmark nominations and approval applications; presentations to reviewing bodies; and preservation planning and advice. Historic rehabilitation tax credit assistance may also be requested.
