Description
King County Information Technology is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based workforce management solution initially serving the King County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Natural Resources and Parks Solid Waste Division, with the ability to expand to additional county agencies. The solution must support complex workforce scheduling, shift bidding, staffing minimums, overtime and leave management, labor-union and FLSA rules, standby and on-call tracking, employee time entry, clock-in/clock-out functionality, notifications, dashboards, and configurable reporting. The solution must integrate with PeopleSoft through REST APIs or secure SFTP for employee, leave, time, and payroll data, and support data exports to other county systems. Requirements also include mobile and desktop access, SaaS hosting, security and privacy controls for sensitive law-enforcement data, U.S.-based data locations, disaster recovery, 24/7 support, accessibility compliance, historical scheduling-data migration or access, and recommended time-clock hardware. Proposers must complete the technical and functional requirements workbook and, if applicable, the AI Fact Sheet.
