Description
NASA is seeking a brand-name-or-equal quotation for two sets of HVAC units for a mobile ground control station. Each set must include two 5-ton, three-phase, 208 VAC heat pumps operating at 60 Hz, with specified Meltric control connectors and pinouts, external condensation-drain connections, and 16-inch flexible-duct air inlet and outlet connections. Each unit must include a removable, stackable metal transport frame with forklift pockets measuring at least 8 inches wide by 4 inches tall. The frames must support stacking, secure to one another, and be removable with common hand tools within one hour for maintenance. The A and B units have additional specified power connectors, disconnect-panel, and circuit-breaker requirements. Quotes must demonstrate technical compliance and provide pricing, delivery lead time, FOB Destination terms, payment terms, and the offeror's CAGE Code or UEI. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror.
