Description
SAIF seeks unarmed security services at its Medford office, including exterior and parking-lot walk-through and drive-through patrols three times daily. The contractor must provide on-call response to security incidents, duress notifications, upset customers, and civil unrest, with onsite response within 10 minutes of SAIF’s call or text. The contractor must also provide employee escorts when requested with at least one business day’s notice, address trespassing and illegal activity, and submit weekly log reports and detailed incident reports by 10:00 a.m. the next business day. Assigned personnel must be trained for the patrol requirements, use SAIF access cards during checks, and wear a SAIF-issued badge or company uniform. Proposals must include a work plan, relevant experience, references, key-personnel qualifications, and a firm quotation itemized by monthly and hourly rates. The selected vendor will be expected to begin services January 1, 2027; the solicitation does not state a contract end date or term.
