Description
Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency’s Social Services Division seeks a consultant to support its second CalWORKs Outcome and Accountability Review (Cal-OAR) Continuous Quality Improvement cycle. The work includes project management and CQI planning; collecting, validating, and analyzing program, demographic, equity, and participant-outcome data; developing dashboards and graphics; and facilitating staff and participant engagement, focus groups, partner meetings, and surveys. The consultant will also support preparation and revision of the County Self-Assessment, facilitate strategic planning and goal development for the System Improvement Plan, draft the plan and implementation progress reports, and provide implementation support and technical assistance. Proposals are to include qualifications and relevant experience, a company profile, an approach to the work, at least three references, a price proposal, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. The County Contract for Services template is provided as Attachment A; the agreement is to start March 1, 2027.
