Description
The National Park Service seeks a contractor to fully rehabilitate historic public kiosk restrooms. Work includes interior demolition to structural framing; replacement plumbing and electrical systems; sanitary PVC wall and ceiling panels; ADA-compliant restroom layouts, partitions, and fixtures; vandal-resistant LED lighting; concrete slab and drain repairs; new tile flooring; and concealed rodent-exclusion measures. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing, and comply with applicable historic-preservation, accessibility, and safety requirements. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days after the notice to proceed, including 10 weather days. The quote must include pricing, a completed SF 1442, the completed Technical Information Form or equivalent information, a technical approach narrative of no more than 10 pages, relevant project experience and past-performance references, and applicable Oregon contractor license documentation. The solicitation states that the Government seeks quotations below $90,000, but this is not a price ceiling.
