Submission Instructions
Description
The project involves constructing a plaza on the east side of the downtown cemetery, including demolition of an existing shed and chain-link fence; site grading; concrete flatwork, footings, retaining walls, blockwork, and brick pavers; and installation of landscaping and irrigation. The work also includes site electrical and lighting, repairs to existing turf and irrigation, and coordination with city-provided items such as columbaria, benches, and a trellis. Bidders must submit a construction schedule, work qualifications documenting at least three similar projects with references, a bid schedule, a major subcontractor listing, and a bid bond. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. The selected contractor must provide 100% payment and performance bonds.
