Description
King County is soliciting sealed bids for offsite mechanical construction work orders under KC001760. The scope includes industrial mechanical and HVAC repairs and modifications, plumbing, equipment installation, and related trades. Electrical, civil, site work, and hazardous-material handling may be performed by associated subcontractors only as incidental or ancillary work necessary to complete the mechanical scope. The estimated contract price is $4,000,000. The contract includes a 15% minimum apprentice utilization requirement and a 10% minimum participation requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS). Bids must be submitted through the county's E-Procurement system by the stated deadline.
