Description
The City of Lebanon is seeking qualifications from consultants experienced in municipal strategic planning, public engagement, facilitation, analysis, and implementation. The selected firms, if any, will inform recommendations regarding the scope, process, and potential consultant approach for revising the City's Strategic Plan; this RFQ will not result in a contract award. Potential services include accessible community engagement and surveys, facilitation and process design, analysis of community input and City data, alignment with budgets and capital planning, preparation of a concise strategic plan, implementation planning, public progress reporting, and annual review processes. Respondents may address the full range of services or identify specific areas of expertise, including work performed directly or through partners or subcontractors. The submission must include a complete proposal with an estimated fee range, along with required portal confirmations and authorization certification.
