Description
Wayne Township is soliciting comprehensive administrative services for its COBRA, retiree billing, and flexible spending account programs. The scope includes COBRA notice generation, election tracking, premium administration, retiree billing and premium collection, delinquency monitoring, termination processing, participant and client customer service, regulatory and compliance support, eligibility-file processing, vendor integration, reporting, reconciliation, implementation, and transition support. FSA services cover healthcare and dependent-care accounts for active employees. Proposals must include a statement of interest and availability, firm qualifications and relevant experience, resumes of key personnel, the proposed approach and schedule, and a fee proposal. Responses are submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal. The contract is expected to begin no later than 21 days after award, run for up to two years, and may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods.
