Description
The City of Schertz is holding an advance procurement meeting to explain a planned library foundation repair project and gather vendor feedback. The anticipated work includes excavating around the library perimeter, replacing composite soil barriers between the beams and ground with precast concrete panels, backfilling and compacting the excavation, and restoring the surface, including landscaping. This is an information-gathering event, not a formal bidding solicitation. No proposals or contract award will result from this meeting, and attendance is not mandatory for a future solicitation. The City anticipates bidding the repair project in early 2027.
