Description
San Antonio Water System is seeking a contractor to provide annual, on-call scaffolding services at water and wastewater facilities throughout Bexar County. The scope includes designing, furnishing, erecting, altering, certifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolds used to access basins and elevated infrastructure at water recycling centers, lift stations, and production stations. The contractor must provide all required equipment, labor, tools, personnel, and appurtenances. Work will be issued through individual work orders as needs arise, with the contractor providing a written task description, agreed scope, and itemized labor before each notice to proceed. Pricing will be based on established hourly rates for skilled and semi-skilled workers and specialized construction equipment.
