Description
North East Independent School District seeks removal and replacement of existing analog security cameras at Legacy of Education Excellence, Churchill, and Madison high schools. The work includes installing Axis M-series or equivalent cameras, connecting them to the district’s Genetec system, providing five-year licenses, and supplying required camera components, Cat 6A cabling, jacks, mounting hardware, and related infrastructure. Cameras must support existing coverage, include at least 64 GB SSD cards configured for failover, and be installed by a Genetec-certified technician. Existing cameras must remain active until replacements are online. Work may not occur during instructional hours; the stated work window is 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with holidays or weekends possible by prior approval and coordination. The proposal must include pricing by school for recommended and alternate products, estimated completion days by location, and unit pricing for additional camera installations and related work. Required deliverables include as-built floor plans in AutoCAD and PDF formats, a camera inventory and configuration spreadsheet, and camera and cabling warranty information. The solicitation also requests proof of insurance, specified completed forms and disclosures, and three references for similar work. Purchases are on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantities or dollar amount.
