Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only; it is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Defense Health Agency is gathering information for a potential task order covering revenue cycle management and Charge Description Master (CDM) optimization, enhancement, and ongoing operations in support of MHS GENESIS and RevX. The draft Performance Work Statement describes a one-year base period with three one-year options and includes remote work, part-time duties in DHA office space for contractors local to San Antonio, and travel to meetings and Military Treatment Facility sites. The anticipated work includes MHS GENESIS revenue cycle and solution-owner support; ticket triage and resolution; system configuration, workflow improvement, training, reporting, and database queries; preparation for a possible transition to a patient accounting solution; and design, implementation, and sustainment of automation technologies, including AI and robotic process automation. CDM responsibilities include maintaining charge tables and code sets, auditing and validating charges, supporting pricing and supply-item files, coordinating updates with DHA stakeholders and Oracle Health, and resolving charge and claim-edit issues. RFI responses should include organizational information and a capabilities statement addressing relevant experience, staffing, program management, and the listed technical capabilities.
