Description
NASA/NSSC requires preventative maintenance service for their STSDRIE HRM deep etching system, a critical tool for fabricating micro-optical devices. This includes a 12-month service contract for comprehensive troubleshooting, operational assistance, diagnostics, maintenance support, process verification, and technical evaluation. Additionally, a 12-month preventive maintenance kit containing necessary o-rings, valve rebuild kits, viewport assemblies, and replacement bearings is required. One week of on-site field service support will also be provided, scheduled by mutual agreement. The service will be performed at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
