Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division - Kansas City office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fluke Corporation for the service and calibration of existing equipment for the National Weather Service (NWS), National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This sole source award is authorized under FAR 6.103-1, as Fluke Corporation is the only vendor capable of performing calibrations and repairs on their proprietary equipment due to its unique firmware. Fluke Corporation does not authorize other vendors or resellers to provide these essential services and updates.
