Description
Mobile County is soliciting bids for annual janitorial services at the Mobile County Animal Shelter, located at 7665 Howells Ferry Road, Mobile, AL 36618. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029. Services include comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, with specific requirements for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, insurance, tools, and equipment necessary for the services. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the shelter.
